Where are you located?

Our address is 850 King Ave Suite C Columbus OH 43212, on the corner of King Ave and Necco St.

Where should I park?

Parking is directly in front of the building, in the over flow lot on Necco St. across the alley, and along the gated side of Necco St.

What should I do when I get there?

When you arrive, come in and have a seat in the lobby… Be sure to help yourself to a beverage and settle into our space!

Do you have WiFi?

But of course!

What if I want a different service?

Your hair goals, the health of your hair, and your satisfaction are our top priorities. We always walk through the plan together and won’t begin your service until we’re both aligned.

If you're not completely happy with the result, please reach out within 10 days of your appointment—we're happy to make any necessary adjustments at no charge.

Requests for additional services beyond the original consultation or revisions after 10 days may incur an additional fee.

What if I need to cancel?

We reserve your appointment just for you and truly value your time. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows will be charged the full amount. Thanks for understanding—we appreciate you!

What if I’m running late?

We get it—traffic and life happen! If you're running late, please reach out directly. If you’re more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule to ensure every guest gets the full experience they deserve.

Guests and Minors

To be mindful of other guests salon experience, if you bring a minor with you and they do not have a scheduled appointment we ask that they have a chaperone.

Any guests that arrive with you that are not receiving a service will be asked to wait in the waiting area to allow seating for our scheduled clients.

Can I return a product?

Lightly used products may be returned or exchanged for another of equal value. If a product isn’t working properly, just bring it to your next appointment and we’ll happily exchange it for a new one.
